Tiddlywinks was brought to a local vet in Scottsdale. After a witness saw a homeless person, abusing her.  Paw Placement was called and we immediately found a loving, foster home.  Tiddlywinks grew up with other cats and several dogs and her foster parents decided to make it permanent!
