Oslo was rescued from outside an apartment complex with a bell collar and some very dirty fur.  The rescuers cleaned him up and posted all over social media, but no one responded.  We couldn't let this gorgeous, all white boy be on his own, so we got him in foster care.  Now that he's fully vetted, he's ready to find his furever!  His foster mom says he's a great cat-he's friendly, has excellent house manners, and loves to sit by her side.  He's not a lap cat, but he's a loving companion, looking for a peaceful home.  Fill out an application if you want to meet this special boy!
