Charlie and Belle were found when a man tied them up in a plastic bag and threw them out the car window on a freeway. They were 3 weeks old. Luckily, a kind person retrieved them immediately and got them to a Paw Placement volunteer. Charlie and Belle are full of personality. They love to play with each other, love all the toys, love seafood wet food, and tons of love and treats!
