Phoebe and Casper are those cats that are hard for foster families to give up! They are both SO SWEET, cuddly, playful and have great kitten manners at home. They have only known love and gentle hands and they have high expectations that their new family is right around the corner.  They will join us at our PetSmart adoption center on Shea and 90th street tomorrow. We can't wait to send them off for a happy holiday.
