Lucas is the kitty who warms hearts with his purrs and chirps.  He's the life of any party and has so much fun with his toys and interest in wildlife from the safety of a window.  He hopped in the arms of the person who saw him outdoors and when no family could be found, he heading to Paw Placement.  Our cats come to us from so many compelling situations, but we worry when friendly kitties are outside in the heat with no skills to survive.  Lucas has been in loving foster homes, waiting his turn to join us in the adoption center.  He seems to take it all in stride and we love him and his big heart.  He will do well with other felines, and seems confident enough to snuggle with a cat loving dog.  We look forward to hugging him goodbye and hearing all about his final rescue story with a family who will welcome this fun-loving boy!
