Some kind friends of Paw Placement noticed a kitten asleep on their patio couch and took her in to keep her safe. They already had 4 older cats, so we are glad they reached out to us to help place this darling into another loving home. Steelie was originally named because they are Steelers fans, but her steel gray coloring made the name all the more fitting. 

Steelie's foster mom has called her "Grandma" Steelie because of her beautiful gray color, and says that "Grandma" Steelie is such a sweetie! Once she learned that human touch meant pets and scratches, she can't get enough. "Grandma" loves to play whether alone with toys or another kitty - she'll take on anything. She's still learning all her  noises but isn't shy to share them with you and is such a motorboat with her purrs.

Whatever we call her, this kitten is gentle, smart, and very sweet.

Steelie can be seen at the Scottsdale Petsmart at 90th St and Shea after Friday, June 4th, and online applications are being accepted for a meet and greet with Steelie.
