Tovah's elderly parents could no longer care for Tovah. Tovah (meaning "good") is a gentle, big boy who loves people, but is initially shy. Since he has known only one other home, he will probably require some patience until he adjusts to his new environment. 

Tovah is front-paw declawed and grew up with another declawed cat. He may be most compatible with another cat of similar laidback nature. Otherwise, he will just hang out and enjoy some sunshine and human companionship on the couch.
