Chihuahua / Mixed (short coat) : : Male (neutered)
Newman was surrendered to Paw Placement and has been a pleasure since the day we welcomed him. This tiny little guy is a lot of dog in a small package. He is sweet and affectionate, and prefers to be near his humans whenever possible. He is confident and self-assured, greeting new humans and dogs alike with the same spunky and outgoing attitude. He can be a bit bossy with other dogs - play policing their fun, reminding them to respect his space - but has never been inappropriate or aggressive, simply opinionated! That being said, he'll need a human who is willing to boss him around so that HE doesn't boss EVERYONE else around! Newman has never met a stranger, he loves to cuddle on or near his humans, he hates walks, and he loves his food. He's currently on a diet because he's about a pound overweight so, if you're a sucker for the puppy dog eyes, he might not be a match for you because, being so tiny, it's important his food intake is closely monitored. He is crate and house trained in his foster home. If you are interested in adopting, please complete an adoption application. We will only be able to email those applicants that are approved to schedule a meet and greet. Thank you in advance for your understanding if you don't hear back from us regarding your application.
