Neo was found outside with no collar tag or microchip.  An owner was never found for this super sweet, friendly kitty, so we think he was left behind when someone moved.  Fast forward, and Neo found a wonderful person to help him.  She got him out of the cold, to the vet and he found his home while he was relaxing in his foster home! 

Neo has the most beautiful green and gold eyes and a personality to match!  He is a reminder that it is important to keep your cats indoors and microchipped.
