Several people stopped to help Phoenix, who was in the middle of a busy street, trying to navigate his way to safety and dodge cars with only tiny kitten skills.  How he got outdoors we don't know, but we do know there are very caring people in this world.  

Phoenix found his PURRfect home, a lifetime of being loved, and most importantly, a promise that he will never be anything but loved!
