Maine Coon / Mixed (medium coat) : : Male (neutered)
Sterling was seen outside for two months, and when we noticed he ended up at a cat feeding station for ferals, so the rescuer know he didn't have a home. He was very friendly where he would come up to be pat and could be picked up.
Sterling went into foster and and has been in his foster home for numerous months where he could get up to speed after having some oral surgery to remove some bad teeth. Sterling doesn't bite or scratch and likes to lay near you. If he knows you have treats he will come and tap you on the shoulder to let you know it is treat time. For a cat, he has quite the personality. He loves to be pat, get attention, talks to you and loves interaction humans.
He is a larger cat who weights around 15 pounds, and is a hunk of love, who just likes to be near you most of the time, unless he is taking a nap. His foster mum says he is part dog and part cat. You call him and he comes to you.
Sterling is in a foster home with numerous other cats, bout we feel like he would like to be the only cat in the home were he gets all of the attention. He likes to think he is the king of the household, and his foster mum would like it to be that way, but unfortunately it can't due to other resident cats who were in the home before Sterling came along.
Sterling will do better in a quieter home, with no kids and no dogs.
