Toby was rescued from garage rafters.  He was starving and terrified. He has been lovingly fostered.  He is still a little shy around strangers. He will need patience and lots of love.  Once he trusts, he is a sweetheart.

In the photo, Toby looks brown, he is actually black with some brown undertones.
