Romy and his sister were found abandoned at 2 days old. Cold and in desperate need of care. Romy, short for Romeo, is a very energetic little boy. Always playing with his sibling kittens and toys. He is quiet but always looking to play! He is very entertaining! The older he gets, the more affectionate he has become!
