Jack was with a young man who basically ignored Jack.  He was stuck in a room alone, often without food and water.  The man had gotten a dog and then decided he no longer wanted Jack.     He was going to take him to the pound.  His roommate  intervened and got the cat to someone who called Paw Placement.

Jack is a major love bug.  Sweet and cuddly.  Loves wet food and playing with his foster cat brothers.
