Otis and his siblings were born in a home with lots of cats, most of whom were not spayed or neutered.  Otis is a beautiful boy.  He deserves a home where he gets lots of attention and love. 

The son of Otis’ foster is fascinated with elevators and named the kitten Otis in honor of Elisha Otis inventor of major elevator safety features.
