George and his brother Buddha were abandoned near a reservation in Page, AZ. Luckily a kind soul happened upon these two and got them to safety. They are currently living the life in a Paw Placement foster home and will be ready to find their forever families in mid-November.

George is affectionate and sweet. He is a big boy and will likely exceed 70 pounds as an adult dog. George has a gorgeous fluffy coat and, though his breed is a mystery, we suspect some shepherd and a healthy dose of working dog (aussie mix). George loves to explore his world, romp and wrestle with his doggie foster siblings, play with toys, chew on bones and antlers, and cuddle with his humans. George is looking for an owner who understands strong breeds, and cannot be placed in an apartment. George is working on his crate and house training in his foster home and, as with all puppies, will require continued traning in his forever home including house and potty training and, perhaps most importantly, lots of continued socialization.
