Unknown breed (short coat) : : Female (spayed)
Gypsum and her five two-week-old babies were dumped in a remote area in northern AZ. Luckily, they were found quickly, brought to safety and found their way into a loving Paw Placement foster home. Gypsum's babies have all been adopted, and now it's her turn to find her happily ever after! Gypsum is a sweet and fun-loving girl. Her favorite spot has quickly become the couch, likely because she never experienced such comfort in her previous life. Gypsum loves to cuddle with her humans, is slowly discovering that leashed walks can be pretty cool, and is learning the joys of squeaky toys and chewing bones. She is good with dogs of all sizes, and loves to romp and play with her small breed foster siblings. Gypsum has mastered her crate and house training in her foster home, and is proving to be a smart girl who is eager to please her humans. Gypsum is friendly, affectionate, intelligent, playful, goofy, and easy going. We also think Gypsum would make a wonderful therapy dog! Gypsum's breed is a mystery, though we do know she comes from an area that usually produces working breeds. German shepherd, australian shepherd, blue heeler, etc. She is a medium size, closer in size to a heeler than a shepherd. If you are interested in adopting, please complete an adoption application.
