Dutchie, was found with her buddy Sylvie by the Tempe police dept. The person who found Dutchie. Found her and Sylvie in a trash can. Dutch was in desperate need of proper care, as she was fed tuna at 2.5 weeks old.  The person meant well and was just trying to feed her something.  She has since blossomed into a beautiful little lady. She barely meows, she loves to play with her Sylvie, and really enjoys being scratched on her shoulders! She prefers to sleep by your knees every night! She does not like dogs.
