Charlie and his siblings Boots, Marble and Scout were rescued from outside.  They were very scared at first, having been outside trying to survive on their own. They have been lovingly fostered and are much more trusting though Charlie still needs a little time to fully relax and trust.

Charlie does like head scratches and kisses. He is tolerant of the fosters dog and would probably  do well with a small dog after a slow introduction.
