This little family of chiweenies (Dachshund/Chihuahua mixes) was surrendered to Paw Placement by a family who knew they'd gotten in over their heads with seven puppies. Momma was spayed and returned home, and babies are now ready to find their forever homes!

Colby is more reserved and laid back, but also very playful and affectionate. He adores his humans, and loves a good cuddle session when he's nice and tired out from playing with his doggie friends. Colby would love to find a home with a doggie playmate or two as he is very social with other dogs. As with all young puppies, Colby is working on his house training and will require continued training in his forever home. Also, Colby has the BEST chiweenie ears we've seen in a long time - absolutely adorable!

A note from Colby's foster mom: Colby is very much a people's pup - he adores his humans and follows them everywhere. He is usually initially shy when meeting new dogs, but warms up quickly. He loves his fluffy squeaky toys, and isn't much of a licker (bonus!).
