Tweety and her gang of goofy siblings came to Paw Placement via a rescuer in Page, AZ. They, like so many before them, were left in a box at the edge of the reservation at just days old. Luckily for these babies, some kind souls stepped in and got them started on their path to happily ever after.

Tweety looks very much like a border collie and cattle dog mix, so we guess she'll be a medium (40-60 pounds) sized dog. Of course, without knowing either parent, there is no guarantee regarding either breed or size.

Tweety is a smart and outgoing young puppy. She is energetic and playful, spunky and active, affectionate and friendly. Tweety is also a working breed dog, so she is looking for a home that understands what this means and is ready to provide an appropriate lifestyle. Tweety will need structure, discipline and exercise first and foremost in his life, in order to ensure she grows into a well balanced adult dog. Tweety requires a home with a yard; apartments are not appropriate for this breed.

A note from Tweedy's foster mom: Tweety is a total 10/10 pup. She gives the most sweet gentle kisses, and has the best puppy breath, she likes to walk around in the pool and cool off, if her brothers are playing in the pool she'll join in from time to time... she's a little more reserved than the three bigger boys but she's not shy at all. She's definitely the most curious, she loves a good discovery! She figured out the mirror the other day, and was trying to instigate play with her reflection. She's always trying to get the chihuahuas to play with her, but she backs off if they get annoyed. She's just all love. And she still has the best jowls!!!.

Tweety will be ready for adoption in late April/early May, and we are accepting applications now.
