Gonzo, his siblings and his mom are reservation dogs from Page, AZ. Lucky for this family, some amazing rescuers came to their rescue when they were dumped. With the help of a wonderful team of rescuers, this family made its way to Paw Placement and is now in a loving and nurturing foster home.

Gonzo's breed is a mystery. Mom appears to be a yellow lab mix of about 65 pounds, while dad is unknown. Gonzo looks very much like an Australian Shepherd mix, though he could be a mix of many other breeds.

Gonzo is fun, playful, friendly, affectionate and smart. He is looking for an active home who can dedicate the time and energy to training a rambunctious young puppy. He will needs lots of patient training in his forever home including crate, house and potty training and, perhaps most importantly, lots of socialization to ensure he grows into a well balanced and well behaved adult dog.

A note from foster mom: Gonzo is sweet and affectionate, and more of an observer. Gonzo is the most reserved of the boys (and perhaps the whole litter) but not shy, just more of an observer.
