Blanco was found alone in a Phoenix neighborhood.  He was starving and had a bad kitty cold. Lucky for him a kind soul found him and got him to Paw Placement.  He was treated for his infection and given lots of love.  He has blossomed into a very cuddly and very energetic kitten. He needs a two or four footed playmate.
