Queenie was found, with her babies, in a dumpster behind an auto parts store. Initially scared and protective of her babies, she quickly came to trust her finder and was relieved to be rescued and brought to safety with her babies. Queenie is now in a loving foster home with her babies, and is flourishing. She is great and very respectful with dogs of all sizes, as well as cats, and she loves to romp and play. Queenie was clearly a teen mom, and likely became pregnant during her first heat. She is a young and active girl who is very eager to please and to learn. Queenie is affectionate, smart, energetic, athletic, playful and loving. She is looking for a home with another dog or two as she truly loves being a member of the pack. She is crate and house trained in her foster home. Queenie will be ready for adoption in mid-late June.
