Harlow and her siblings found themselves at the shelter at just two months old. Harlow is now in a loving foster home with young children and other dogs, and she absolutely adores their company. Harlow is eager to please, extremely energetic, adventurous, playful and affectionate.  She is looking for an active home with experienced owners.
