Gwendolyn and her puppies, including Gideon, were dumped on the street by their humans. Luckily, they were abandoned near a vet's office, who fed them and asked the rescue community for help. This family was trapped and taken in by rescues, and Gwendolynn and Gideon made their way to Paw Placement.  

Gideon is sweet, submissive, shy, affectionate, playful and smart. He loves to play with other dogs, and he's looking for a forever home with at least one doggie playmate. Gideon often bonds with dogs before humans, which is we it's crucial that he go to a forever home with a doggie playmate. Gideon also loves to play with his squeak toys, wrestle with other little dogs, and chew antlers and nylabones like the big dogs. Gideon's foster family often describes him as a cat in a dog's body - he loves affection and neck scratches, and he'll come to you to request them, placing himself on your chest, his face directly in yours, clearly saying, "pet me, human." Gideon is an endearing and fun little guy - and those humans that earn his trust, loyalty and affection are the luckiest among us! Gideon is crate and house trained in his foster home.  If you are interested in adopting, please complete an adoption application.
