My name is Devin and I'm a very social kitty. My mom was abandoned by her family when they moved away and just put her outside. Eventually she had my siblings and I in the back yard of a nice neighbor who was able to get us into our Paw Placement foster home., I'm a super sweet kitty who loves to cuddle and sit in laps to get belly rubs and kisses.
