Jagger was surrendered to Paw Placement by a loving owner who realized he was not in a position to give a puppy everything he needs. Jagger was born to a backyard breeder. He is a high energy, playful, extremely intelligent, outgoing, friendly and affectionate young pup who loves to play with other dogs, is learning to be respectful of his foster-sibling kitty, and adores children.
