This beautiful girl is a really sweet kitty who gets along great with other cats and was fostered with friendly dogs and children. She's a social cat and seems pretty laid back, but she also loves the laser toy and play time!, Tootsie Pop was found outside so we aren't sure about her background, but we do know she's an easy going kitty who is very social and gentle with humans. We think she would adjust well to most homes and would love her own kitty bed by a window. If you would like to meet Tootsie Pop, she is waiting to meet her valentine at our Promenade adoption center.
