Cooper was found hiding behind a dumpster. After a failed attempt to find owners, Paw Placement welcomed this cute dachshund mix pup. Cooper is playful, outgoing, affectionate and eager to please. He loves to play with his doggie foster siblings and cuddle with his humans when he's all tired out.
