Jasper was surrendered to Paw Placement when his owner was unable to properly care for him. Jasper is a sweet, shy and playful young pup. Jasper adores his doggie foster sister, and he would do best in a home with a doggie friend to keep him company. Jasper was sheltered in his previous home, and he is slowly becoming comfortable with the sights, sounds and experiences of this big world. We have put that Jasper would do best with older children simply because we've never seen him interact with young kids.
