Chips was found with a few other kittens who were left in a field by themselves. He was covered in paint that took a long time for us to safely remove. We don't know why anyone would do such a thing to a tiny kitten. He is a very loving boy with so much energy. He wants to sleep with you, but is independent as well. He's a sweetheart who can't wait for his family to find him.
