Spencer was surrendered to Paw Placement by owners who were moving and could not take all their pets. Spencer has been well-loved and socialized during his puppyhood, and is a wonderful, outgoing, playful and intelligent young pup. Spencer adores dogs and loves to play, is good with cats, and great with kids.
