Arthur came to us at 7 weeks of age and was the product of an 'oops' litter. Though tiny, Arthur is spunky, confident, outgoing, energetic and playful. He lives with dogs large and small, and loves to play with them all. Arthur loves to cuddle, but he also loves to play and will need short daily walks.
