Charm was found wondering the streets of Phoenix. He was going up to everyone he met asking for help. Finally someone stopped to help. Charm has been lovingly fostered. His foster says he is one of the sweetest cats she has ever known, a major cuddler. His favorite meal is breakfast, he loves a good view and the higher the better. He loves to head butt and follow his human around to help with whatever task is at hand.
