Charlie was surrendered to Paw Placement by an owner who had too many dogs. Charlie is extremely affectionate and eager to please. He can be initially shy, but warms up quickly and wants to be your best friend. Charlie is working on his crate and potty training in his foster home and, as with all young pups, he'll require continued crate, house and obedience training, along with lots of socialization, in his forever home.
