Cooper was surrendered to Paw Placement by a growing family who no longer had the time to care for this sweet boy. Cooper is house and crate trained; he loves to spend time with his humans, play with his stuffies, and chew on bones. Cooper is a purebred English Bulldog, and he'll require an owner who is familiar with the breed and their unique needs.
