Baxter is a sweet and bashful boy who was surrendered to Paw Placement when his owner realized she could not properly care for him. Baxter is young and playful, intelligent and energetic. He is currently on foster care working on his crate and house training. Baxter is good with dogs, if a bit shy at first.
