Roo is another of the dozens of dogs abandoned every day by their owners in Phoenix. Roo was found by a kind soul, cold, hungry and dehydrated, and in desperate need of some TLC. Paw Placement was happy to take on this sweet girl, get her the necessary veterinary care and into a loving foster home. Roo is spunky and playful, energetic and affectionate. She loves to play with other dogs. She is eager to please and working hard on her crate and house training.
