Cindy Lou Who was found lying unconscious in a ditch. Saved by a kind soul, Cindy found her way to Paw Placement, and is now in a loving foster home. Cindy is shy and timid, but extremely loving and affectionate. We expect that, with time, she'll feel more confident in the company of her foster family and doggie foster siblings. Cindy loves to cuddle, play with the occasional squeak toy, and go for short walks. Cindy is working on her house and potty training.
