Harper was surrendered to Paw Placement by a family who took her in off the streets and, unable to find her owners and unable to care for her, sought our help. This young girl is crate and potty trained, gets along well with other dogs (she takes a bit longer to warm up to the big dogs), likes to play fetch with her stuffed toys, and loves to cuddle with her humans. Harper is generally a low-maintenance girl who would make a wonderful addition to any family, large or small.
