Oliver was found in a foreclosed home in Gilbert. He was left alone with no food or water and we are so glad he was found in time. As disheartening as his story may be, we are making it up to Oliver and showing that most humans are caring and love animals. , Oliver is such a sweetheart and he is adjusting very well to our adoption center.
