Biscuit was abandoned in Yavapai County. Humane Society employees immediately fell in love with him. He is well-behaved, gentle, loving and gets along with everyone. However, when there are too many homeless animals and not enough homes, even the best of dogs end up on the euthanasia list. Biscuit sat in his kennel, always wagging his tail, as his days dwindled., We are hoping that Biscuit has a better chance of finding a home in Phoenix.
