Blue was abandoned at PETsMART. A man walked into the store, handed the leash to an employee, said he had an appointment and walked out. Blue wagged his tail and bowed his head. AWWWWWWWW! He immediately won a million hugs from the volunteers. , Blue has a very happy-go-lucky personality and loves the company of other canines. He wags like crazy when he sees kids as well.
