Sparky is quiet little boy who loves to be held. He is a sweetheart who will need loving structure to get his confidence back. He was found running the west-side streets in Phoenix on a VERY cold evening. At first, he was hesitant to come to the volunteer calling him. However, with a dog treat, he scampered right to her. Not only was little boy cold and alone, he was also starving. Being abandoned hit his little psyche hard and we are showing him what it means to be loved.
