Poor Sheila was found wandering a local downtown Phoenix neighborhood. Why would just a puppy be wandering the hot streets of Phoenix all by herself? Unfortunately she is just another example of people not spaying and neutering their animals. Because of this lack of responsibility many animals are discarded and not cared for which only leads to further the overpopulation problem we have in Arizona. Of course this is not Sheila's fault...she thought that she was brought into this world to give love to a family she could call her own. When we picked her up she was so happy! Lots of kisses.
