Jane and her almost twin sister Lilah were found one night by a Paw Placement volunteer who had gone out to empty the trash. Yes! Our Paw Placement volunteer has rental property in downtown Phoenix and was taking out trash to the big cans in the alley that they have downtown. It was late in the eveing and she heard some noises coming from near the can. She started searching through the trash and there they were....Lilah who seemed alert and Jane who was very still and drool coming from her mouth. Our volunteer practically emptied the can looking for any other puppies....they were so young! Our volunteer rushed them to an animal hospital that was open 24hours and there they put the puppies on life support medicine and care. Lilah was going to make it...or at least they thought...Jane they weren't so sure about. But with alot of care they have recovered and are ready for the loving home that at one time they never thought they would have. Could that be you?
