Amber was found with her throat cut in a busy intersection in south Phoenix. The man who found her called Paw Placement for help and we got her to the vet right away and got her neck sewn up. She got all of her shots, was spayed and has completely healed from her sad injury. She is a very energetic puppy and is very sweet! Can you give Amber the love she has never known?
