Tootsie is a super cute and very small little Jack Russell terrier. He was brought into Sonora Vetinary Specialists on 40th st and Cactus by a kind animal lover who found Tootsie running around the local area. Was he dumped by an owner who didn't want him anymore? Did he escape from a yard? Unfortunately, no one ever called us or Sonora and he wasn't chipped or have a collar on. We don't think this little guy was ever taken care of very well because he was not nuetered and was very skinny when we got him. Now, he is healthy and ready to go. Super sweet little dog and unbelievably calm for a jack russell! Ha ha! Can you give this great little guy his furever home?
