Little Sookie is a 16 week old Shepard mix who is an owner surrender. Sookie was the result of animals not being spayed and nuetered and then born into a situation where they are not wanted. This is so sad because all that is needed is responsible pet owners to make sure their pets can not reproduce. Luckily for little Sookie, her former owner knew a Paw Placement volunteer and asked if we would take Sookie into our rescue. Gladly we did....Sookie is so sweet and will make a wonderful furry family member.
